Meet Courtney Long

Greetings! My name is Courtney Long, and I have been involved in the equine world my entire life. I am delighted to share a bit about myself. Growing up in a small town in Kansas, horses have been a part of my life since I was born. I quickly found love for these animals in their unique companionship and trust, along with their grace and strength.

With a background rooted in Equine Science from North Central Texas College, my journey into the realm of horses has been a dynamic blend of education and hands-on experience. Having the privilege of working alongside Taylor Gillespie, a distinguished NRCHA reined cowhorse trainer, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the art of horsemanship. The invaluable mentorship has shaped my approach to horse training with an emphasis not only on the technical proficiency, but the connection between rider and horse.
